Using this website

You may use this website to look up current pricing, learn about our service area and ask us for a delivery. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false orders, or use automated tools to flood our forms.

Pricing

• Heating oil is a market-priced commodity, so pricing changes and is quoted in our online order portal based on your ZIP code and delivery address.
• A delivery fee may be charged in addition to the per-gallon price, depending on how soon you need the delivery. Any fee is shown before you confirm the order.
• Your final total is the price we confirm with you when the order is accepted, not a price you may have seen earlier.
• Minimum delivery amounts and available delivery windows are shown in the order portal.

Orders and delivery

• An online request or phone inquiry is a request for delivery. It becomes an order once we confirm it with you.
• Delivery dates and windows are estimates. Weather, road conditions, supply and demand can move a delivery.
• We deliver only within the towns listed on our Service Area page. If you are outside that area, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
• If we cannot complete a delivery because the tank or fill pipe cannot be safely reached, we may need to reschedule.

Cancellations and changes

Plans change and we understand that. Call (413) 930-4835 as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled delivery. Once oil has been pumped into your tank, the delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

Your responsibilities as a customer

• Give us accurate address, tank size and fill-pipe location information.
• Keep the driveway and path to the fill pipe clear and safe, especially in snow and ice.
• Make sure your tank and fill pipe are in sound, usable condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by an unsafe, leaking or unmarked tank.
• Tell us if anything about your heating system has changed since your last delivery.

No warranty beyond the delivery

We deliver fuel. We do not install, inspect, service or guarantee heating equipment, and nothing on this website is a promise that your system will operate correctly. Except where Massachusetts law requires otherwise, this website and its contents are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Prime Oil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed delivery or from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Hampden County, Massachusetts.
